City police reported the following incidents:

n Mark Robbins, 50, of Forty Fort, was charged with two counts of harassment after he allegedly stalked a Wilkes-Barre woman. The victim, Cathy Bella, of 304 N. Empire Court, filed a complaint saying Robbins called her multiple times Tuesday. Bella went to police headquarters and reported she was receiving harassing phone calls. Police called Robbins and told him to stop, police said. But later that night, Robbins contacted Bella on Facebook, and Bella requested charges be filed, police said.

n Two men stole prescription drugs, a cell phone and cigarettes around 5 a.m. Saturday from a home on Beekman Street.

n Police charged George P. Moses, 32, of Wilkes-Barre and Najir Jackson, 23, of Wilkes-Barre with forgery, theft and passing bad checks at the Corner Post Federal Credit Union, 566 S. Main St., after an investigation.

n Police charged Brian K. Luke of Stroudsburg with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, harassment and stalking after he followed two girls on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Officers said Luke followed the girls from the area of a McDonald's restaurant to a nearby Geisinger parking lot and then hid behind a tree. When police approached Luke, he was looking at the girls and had his hand inside the front of his pants, according to a press release. Police said Luke later tried to pull something from his pants and an officer shocked Luke with a Taser.

n Four men reportedly robbed a woman of her iPhone on Saturday afternoon on Carey Avenue. The victim told police she was in the parking lot of Pantry Quik, 161 Carey Ave., around 4:30 p.m. when four men walked into the lot. One man started to talk to her before the group surrounded her, grabbed her iPhone 5 cellphone and ran away. The victim chased the men, who entered an apartment building on Susquehanna Avenue. The men appeared between 19 and 21 years old and were short and thin.
